For more than a decade, Jennifer has played a vital role in Myatt & Bell’s development, successfully bringing a small practice to the thriving, multi-office law firm we have today. She is no stranger to analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with senior leadership to set long-term goals. Her role also involves overseeing business development initiatives, optimizing client relations, and ensuring that the firm’s strategic objectives align with our overall mission, vision, and values.
Prior to joining Myatt & Bell, Jennifer spent twelve years in management at large financial institutions. There, she was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring that all business objectives were met. Her position involved developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive sales growth. Additionally, her role required managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
