Karolyn serves as the Paralegal Department Supervisor at Myatt & Bell, a role she stepped into in 2025 after more than a decade of dedicated service to the firm. With a strong foundation in trust administration and estate tax, Karolyn leads with steady professionalism, deep institutional knowledge, and a client-centered approach that reflects the firm’s core values.

Karolyn began her journey with Myatt & Bell in 2013, initially supporting the legal team with tasks ranging from scanning and digitizing files to offering notary services. Over the years, she gained experience in estate planning, probate, and business law, ultimately discovering her passion in guiding families through the often complex and emotional process of trust administration.

After earning her paralegal certification in 2016, Karolyn spent the next nine years helping clients navigate the legal and tax-related matters that arise after a loved one’s passing. She brings compassion, precision, and a sense of calm to each case, always striving to honor every client’s wishes with care and integrity.

A Portland native, Karolyn spends her free time exploring local hiking trails, checking out new coffee shops, and relaxing at home with a good book and her two cats. She also enjoys quality time with her close-knit circle of friends and family.
