As Lead Legal Assistant at Myatt & Bell, Rachel oversees the coordination of legal support services across both our Portland and Vancouver offices. In this leadership role, she ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly, fosters team collaboration, and upholds a high standard of accuracy and care in all client matters.

Rachel brings a thoughtful, organized approach to her work, always with the client experience in mind. She plays a key role in ensuring that clients receive clear, accurate documentation, timely communication, and a seamless estate planning process from start to finish. By training team members and improving internal systems, she helps create a consistent, high-quality experience for every client. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and proactive communication, Rachel ensures that each matter stays on track and that clients feel supported every step of the way. She takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, their families, and the broader community.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Portland State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and playing the violin.
